Start a cause to support low income families
The global coronavirus pandemic is having a major impact on the economy. Many people struggle to make their needs met. Low-income families are struggling and many people have been laid off or their contracts have been terminated as businesses struggle financially. In addition, many companies can go bankrupt and thus entrepreneurs are left with a very thin safety network.
The situation of low-wage workers has also been talked about for some time. Many workers do not survive with the money they earn.
Yle reported in January 2020: “There are 60,000 working poor in Finland. According to the researcher, there are at least 200,000 employees in Finland who do not make ends meet, at least from time to time.“

In March 2020, the new fundraising act came into force. The new act allows small-scale fundraising, meaning that group of minimum of 3 persons (Finnish citizens) are able to arrange a money collecting twice per year, each collection can be worth of EUR10,000 max.

Pienkeräys perheväkivallan uhrien auttamiseksi
Maailmanlaajuinen koronaviruksen aiheuttama pandemia vaikuttaa voimakkaasti talouteen. Monet ihmiset kamppailevat tullakseen toimeen. Pienituloisilla perheillä on vaikeuksia ja monet ihmiset ovat joutuneet lomautetuiksi tai irtisanottu, kun yritykset kamppailevat taloudellisesti. Lisäksi monet yritykset voivat mennä konkurssiin ja näin ollen yrittäjinä toimivat jäävät lähes tyhjän päälle.
Myös matalapalkka-alojen työntekijöiden pärjääminen on puhututtanut jo jonkin aikaa. Moni työssäkäyvä ei tule toimeen palkallaan.
Yle uutisoi tammikuussa 2020: “Suomessa on 60 000 työssäkäyvää köyhää. Tutkijan mukaan Suomessa on vähintään 200 000 työntekijää, jotka eivät ainakaan ajoittain tule palkallaan toimeen.”

Maaliskuussa 2020 tuli voimaan uusi rahankeräyslaki. Tämä uusi laki mahdollistaa pienkeräykset. Kolmen hengen ryhmä (Suomen kansalaisia) voi järjestää rahankeräyksen kahdesti vuodessa, kerätty summa saa olla enintään 10,000 euroa kerralla.
